Australia

The only Spanish Embassy in Australia can be found in Canberra. The Spanish Official representation in Australia is lead for two General Consulates in addition to the consular office in the Embassy. If you need to solve or get different legal documentation, you can appear in person or send your request to any of the following consulates located in Australian territory:

-Consulate in Melbourne.

-Consulate in Sydney.

On these documents, you can initiate or request any legal administrative procedure such as: NIEs; consular registrations and cancelations; legalizations of documents issued in a foreign country so they can be valid before Spanish authorities; attested copies of original documents; (deliver and issue) new or renewed passports; safeguards; visas, whether short terms or long terms; marriage, birth or death certificates, among other documents from the Civil Registry.

Applying for a visa or request any document from the Consular offices may result in a difficult task for you as a foreigner for you may not be familiar with the legal proceedings or the Spanish Law at all. Therefore, if you wish to initiate the process to acquire a visa, recover nationality or demand any other documentation, it would be advisable to count with the help and support from experts in the Spanish Immigration Law.

Just with a simple consultation, we would guide you over the steps and requirements to recover your nationality or we would evaluate your profile to help you applying for the right type of visa for you and your family. If you are happy with this first aid, you can hire our servicer to guide you all over the application process until you get the resolution from the Spanish authorities. Moreover, in the event of refusal, we will file the appeal to get a successful resolution to your case.

Our Lawyers are fully bilingual and know how important legal matters can be for you. So, we would do our best to offer the most expeditious and well prepared service to our clients located outside our borders, whether Spanish citizens or not.

If you wish to apply for a visa or initiate other requirements, contact us to appoint a legal consultation or hire our services directly to handle your case.

Please remember that before initiating any proceedings you must request the corresponding appointment at the nearest Consular Office to you; therefore, below we have outlined the address, jurisdictions and opening hours of the Consulates and Embassy in Australia:
