Remember that the difference between a successful application and a refusal when applying for a visa is the right presentation of the complying documentation. If you miss any document the Spanish Authorities may refuse your application, for you will have to reapply or appeal within a month at the Embassy. Due to this, you should apply under the guidance and help of an immigration attorney. We can help you reviewing and assessing your documentation and the one of your family (spouse, children and dependents of the applicant) to avoid any inconvenient or problems when applying.

On this consulate, you may apply for a visa to live, study, work, invest, travel or set up a company in Spain. Remember that you must apply for any visa before entering Spanish Territory, for the visas must be affixed on your passport if the visa is granted. The time to know the decision of the Spanish Authorities is between 1 and 2 months after the application date.
