 There is just one Spanish Embassy in Russia. However this representation of the Spanish Government in Russia has jurisdiction as well in Armenia, Belarus, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. The Spanish Embassy in Russia is located in the capital Moscow.

Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 16:30 pm.

 In addition to the Embassy in Moscow, in Russia there are two Consulates: one in Moscow and another one in Saint Petersburg. The Consular Services offered by these two consulates are the following:


-Registration and cancellation of registration.

-Legalizations of different documents.



-Civil Registry (Marriage Registration, Death certificates, Birth Certificates…).


*On these consulates, you may issue Tourist visas, Residence visas, Student Visa, Work and Residence visa, wealth visas, among others.

In order to apply for visas or issue any other consular document, you or your legal representative, must submit the corresponding documentation in the Consulates or send it by postal service. If you are going to submit directly your applications or formal requests you must book an appointment in relation to your particular case, for these consulates have specific hours to receive documentation according the situation (visas, civil registry requests, notary services, adoptions…).  The Spanish Authorities notify their answer to your application around 1 and 2 months after the application date. If you issue the NIE through the Consulate, it would take around 2 months as well to get it.
