Sweden

There is just one Spanish body to cover all the territory of Sweden which is the Spanish Embassy in Stockholm. On this office you will find the Consular Section where you can submit and/or request any documentation related to immigration services, legalizations, NIE, passports or documents inherent to Spanish Civil Registry*

*Remember that each document that you issue in this Civil Registry, whether a Marriage Registration, Death certificates, Birth Certificate or Family Book, will be understood has a registration or paper issued at the National Civil Registry located in Spain.

If you want to recover your Spanish nationality or issue any type of visa for your family or yourself, you must take all the require documents to the Consular Section of the Embassy. You may do this either appearing in person at the Embassy or sending by postal service the corresponding documentation. The address is as follows:

Spanish Embassy in Stockholm

Djurgårdsvägen 21, 115 21 Stockholm

Office hours:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 13:00 pm.

Remember that visas are granted in the light of the documentation submitted which must fully comply with the type of visa you are requesting. If you skip any document or it is not according to the considerations set forth by the Law, the Spanish Authorities are entitled to refuse such application, in which case you will have one month to appeal such decision at the Embassy itself.

For this reason, if you wish to apply for a Spanish visa whether to work, live, study, invest, open a company, or just visit Spain for recreational purposes, you should submit your documentation with the help of an immigration attorney. We will evaluate your profile and/or your family’s profile (spouse, partner, children or any relative depending on you) if applicable, in order to make sure that you complete a successful application.

You must bear in mind that the Spanish Authorities will notify the resolution to your requirement or visa between 1 and 2 months after submitting the documentation.

Our Law Firm offers different immigration services in relation to applications, appeals of visas, NIE application and other consular proceedures. For instance, if your visa has not been granted previously, we will assess your case and will help you to effectively reapply again.

On the other hand, we count with years of experience getting NIEs for our clients in a week. We will issue your NIE from Spain, so you don’t have to await for two months to get it when applying on the Consulate.

Contact us and leave your application and legal matters in our hands.
